My Mum always said I could talk for a living and now I do! I’m the voice of various brands up and down the country, including Go North East buses, the Merlin Big Ticket, Affinity Outlets, Oak Furniture UK, NHS, the University of Central Lancashire and many more.

My voice can be heard on commercials across radio, TV, cinema and online. I’ve even recorded the commentary for an open-top sightseeing bus!

As I’m originally from Lancashire but have resided in Newcastle upon Tyne for the last 20 years my accent is generally regarded as ‘generic northern’. The age range of my voice is early 20’s – mid 40’s, but I’m happy to adapt my style to suit your brief.

I often work alongside the UK’s ‘Best Male Voiceover’ (as awarded by VOX), Jack Oddie. We are both based in the Pride Media Centre in Gateshead which is thankfully dog freindly as we have three dogs between us. Don’t worry though, our four-legged friends have been trained to keep quiet during recording sessions!

My voiceover studio is available 24/7 and features a Neumann TLM 103 microphone as well as an Audio Technica AT4033a microphone. The recording booth is DEMVOX  and I use Avid Pro-tools running off iMac. Recording sessions can be arranged via ISDN, Source Connect Now and Skype. I’m also happy to self-record and edit my own voiceover audio should you need it.

Have a listen to some of the samples above and get in touch to discuss your requirements, I’d love to hear from you!
